Custom & Print-on-Demand Products (Apparel, Embroidered Items)

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Once approved, returns or replacements may be processed within 30 days of delivery.

Because all products are custom made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, or buyer's remorse.

We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart on each product page before ordering.

If your apparel item is misprinted, damaged, or defective and your return has been approved by us, please send it to:

Important: This return address is strictly for approved product returns only.
We cannot accept other types of mail (such as letters, legal notices, or general correspondence). Any non-product mail sent to this address will be returned to the sender.


Additional Notes

  • We do not accept cancellations once an order has entered production.
  • Returned items that are not in original condition may be refused or partially refunded.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
