Returns & Exchanges Policy

We take pride in creating high-quality products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.


Custom & Print-on-Demand Products (Apparel, Embroidered Items)

All apparel and embroidered products are custom-made to order.

Because of this:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, or buyer’s remorse.
  • We only offer replacements or refunds if the item is misprinted, damaged, or defective.

If there is an issue with your item, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the problem.

We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart on each product page before ordering.


Jewelry & Standard Physical Products

For non-custom items such as jewelry:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Exchanges are not offered

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (health or hygiene reasons)
  • Perishable products

If your apparel item is misprinted, damaged, or defective and your return has been approved by us, please send it to:

Important: This return address is strictly for approved product returns only.
We cannot accept other types of mail (such as letters, legal notices, or general correspondence). Any non-product mail sent to this address will be returned to the sender.


Additional Notes

  • We do not accept cancellations once an order has entered production.
  • Returned items that are not in original condition may be refused or partially refunded.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
